These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online store of the

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

By clicking the button [Bestellen] the customer makes a binding order of the products listed on the order page. After sending the order, the customer can no longer make changes to the order.

Immediately upon receipt of the order, DIANS Online-Shop will confirm the receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is only concluded when DIANS Online-Shop confirms the shipment of the goods by e-mail (order or shipment confirmation), or at the latest by delivery of the goods.

The prices stated on the product page include the statutory value-added tax and other price components and are in Swiss francs (CHF). No separate VAT statement will be issued.

Those prices are valid for the offered products, which are listed on the day when the customer places the order. The prices are binding until the order confirmation by DIANS Online-Shop or during the period specified in the order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change due to changes in taxes, fees, duties or shipping costs.

5. terms of payment

5.1
Payment must be made in advance.

5.2
Payment can be made by credit card, Twint or PayPal.

5.3
In case of payment by credit card, the debit of the customer’s account is immediate.

5.4
Offsetting against counterclaims of the customer is excluded.

The goods remain the property of DIANS Online-Shop until full payment and abandonment for shipment.

8. warranty

8.1
The recipient undertakes to check the goods for completeness and condition immediately upon receipt. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be reported to the DIANS Online Shop immediately, but no later than within 24 hours after delivery. Otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed accepted.

8.2
DIANS Online-Shop is not liable for transport damages and damages due to improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

8.3
In the event of defects, the goods must be returned to Anmarox GmbH, Konradstrasse 6, 8304 Wallisellen. The return is at the expense and risk of the buyer. Obligations to refund payments will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt of the return. DIANS Online-Shop is entitled to deduct any compensation for lost value from the purchase price. Returns in the original packaging and enclosing the invoice or delivery bill in packaging suitable for safe shipment simplify processing.

9. liability

DIANS Online-Shop excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of contract. The same applies to breaches of contract by auxiliary persons and substitutes.

10 Applicable law

Only the Swiss law is applicable to the contracts.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Wallisellen, Zurich, subject to recourse to the Federal Supreme Court.

11. final provisions

Should any provision of these general terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
