• Deliveries within CH are free of shipping costs from a value of goods of CHF 18.00.
• Shipping & handling fee for goods under CHF 18.00: CHF 2.70
• During promotions, shipping&handling fees may be waived even for smaller orders.

Delivery times online store

We strive to deliver ordered DIANS products in perfect condition. Nevertheless, the transport and delivery may occasionally cause damage to our products. In this case, please contact us at info@dians.world so that we can find a solution together. If everything is delivered to your satisfaction, we will also be happy to receive positive feedback.

Delivery conditions

For delivery delays through no fault of DIANS Online Shop, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic congestion, bad weather conditions, unusual, unexpected detention by customs authorities, etc., DIANS Online Shop is not liable, and they do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to compensation.

If not all ordered products are in stock, DIANS Online Shop is entitled to partial deliveries.

If the delivery of the goods through the fault of the customer fails despite three delivery attempts, DIANS Online Shop can withdraw from the contract. No refunds in case of unsuccessful delivery (e.g. wrong delivery address…)
