Right of cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract declaration within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The date of dispatch of the revocation shall be decisive for the observance of the time limit. 1.2 Exercising the right of withdrawal shall result in the conversion of the purchase contract into a rescission relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The consumer must return the received goods with the original packaging to DIANS Online Shop within 14 days after the declaration of withdrawal. The consumer bears the costs for the return.

1.3 After receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the consumer. A deduction of the purchase price to be refunded for possible damages or missing goods remains reserved. No deduction shall be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods necessary to establish their nature and condition. DIANS Online Store may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

1.4 The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following products:

• Goods made according to customer specifications
• Goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs
• Goods that can spoil quickly
• Goods whose expiration date would be exceeded

1.5 Private end customers (so-called consumers) residing in the European Union have the following option instead of a right of withdrawal: Goods that are not quickly perishable and have not been manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer can be returned by sending them back within 14 days after receipt of the goods or after receipt of the required instruction and fulfillment of the information and other obligations in distance selling and e-commerce without giving reasons, provided that the goods are suitable for return due to their condition and the expiration date of the goods would not be exceeded. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. The return of individual components of a set is only permitted if these components are also offered for sale individually by DIANS Online Shop. The consumer bears the costs for the return.

1.6 In cases of defects, the return has to be sent to Anmarox GmbH, Konradstrasse 6, 8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland. The return is at the expense and risk of the consumer. Obligations to refund payments will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt of the return. DIANS Online-Shop is entitled to deduct any compensation for lost value from the purchase price. In case of a return of individual components of a set, the discount granted by DIANS Online Shop on all components of a set within the set price is forfeited. Therefore, the customer will be refunded for the returned components only the difference that exists between the set price and the purchase price of the individual parts that he keeps. Returns in the original packaging and enclosing the invoice or delivery bill in packaging suitable for safe shipment simplify processing.
